Our story
The mountain is
not a backdrop
It's our home. From an abandoned coffee farm to the home of rock climbing in Antioquia.
- 150+ years
A coffee farm
Coffee pickers, mules, old chiva buses and the smell of coffee. The Mejía family built the farm in La Peña.
- 2002
The silence
Colombia's armed conflict displaced the whole community. The farm was left empty and the mountain took it back.
- 2013
The discovery
A group of climbers found Cerro San Vicente and started bolting the first routes.
- 2016
The home of climbing
Five climbers opened the hostel. The farm came back to life, now with ropes and carabiners.

A place for everyone
100+ routes, cabins, a restaurant and a community that grows every weekend.
